Services
Individual Day Support
An individualized day service designed to help you access, maintain, or return to employment. Services can begin at home, within the community, or with a community partner and are provided based on LON score allocation.
Companion Support/Personal Support
Family Support is available to provide late afternoon and weekend support. They may assist families in developing and gaining access to local family support, after-school, and recreation programs. Family support workers may also accompany school graduates to visit potential future employment and day sites.
Individualized Home Support
IHS is a flexible, person-centered program. It assists you or your family member with an intellectual disability in living in the home of their choice. It’s a package of services and supports tailored to meet your needs, goals, and preferences in a home of your choice.
Group Day Services
You can participate in facility-based group day services. Program activities can occur in both community and facility-based settings.
Individualized Supported Employment
An employment specialist helps you find competitive employment through a job discovery process, offers training and support, and gradually decreases time and assistance at the worksite.
Respite
Respite is the temporary care of a person with a disability for the purpose of offering relief to the family or caregiver. It is a service that provides time to reenergize, handle emergencies, or engage in personal, social, or routine activities that might otherwise be neglected, postponed, or curtailed due to the demands of caring for a person who has intellectual disabilities.
Senior Supports
Pre-retirement service is designed to prevent isolation, assist in maintaining skills, and stimulate social interaction with others.
